Good morning friends,
If you’ve read many of
my posts, I’m sure you know by now that I’m not the most organized person. God
gave me the talent to create beautiful settings, and I’ve done that for
multiple clients with my decorating skills. Those services require a certain
amount of planning and organization, but it is mostly color, scale, and harmonization...easy things for me.
Keeping files. Yuk!
Organizing paper work. Yipes! If you could see my desk and office right now,
you might wonder how I get anything done.
When working with a consumer, I kept a folder with swatches, paint
samples, pictures, orders placed, times of arrival of products, etc. I didn’t
need them because I could remember those kinds of details, but the folder was handy,
and I used it to help clients see how we were putting things together.
Jacqueline Hopper, an Acquiring
Editor with Prism Book Group, found a list of the following books. They sound
as though they are beneficial, and they are free, so I’m sharing her info with
you. Jacqueline writes amazing stuff on
her blog. Check it out. As I've said before, I can't manage to link the book back to Amazon. Please copy and paste.

Jacqueline has written a book that I enjoyed reading, and I think you will too. The Gingerbread House. I truly believe every parent should read this inspiring book.
